Bulletin #13100

Kayla and Olyvia are an adorable and fun set of sisters. Kayla is a sweet, friendly and kind-hearted girl. She likes to help others and seek out adult attention. She has an easy laugh and is often smiling. Kayla likes to be outside and play basketball or run with the foster family dog. She enjoys going to school and church. She is well-liked by others and loves animals.

Olyvia is described as ''a character'' with lots of charisma. She is very social and talkative. Olyvia loves pink and ''dressing up''. She likes to play with Barbies, Hot Wheel cars, and going to church. Olivia enjoys playing outside with the dog. She can be mischievous and spunky which is part of her charm.

The children enjoy visiting their older brothers and talking to them on the phone. The boys come to the parents visits at times and the children have a sibling bond. Kayla and Olyvia are very bonded and have always lived together.

Olyvia and Kayla's foster mother feels they are likable girls who are at a good place in their life to be
adopted as they still trust adults. She feels they would make a nice addition to a family. Their adoptive family will need to be able to provide structure, supervision, nurturing, and consistency. They will need to be patient and understanding regarding the girls' impulsive behaviors and their history of multiple caregivers. It may take the girls some time to understand what permanency means for them. The family would need to be able to seek out services and advocate for the girls as needs arise. Safe contact with their brothers would be ideal (particularly for Kayla who has experienced many losses deeply) and be open to some possible safe contact with parents.
