Inquire About this Child

Photographed by Thomas Patterson

Bulletin #13096

Rubin is an adorable, funny, charming, bright, little red head boy. In the beginning he appears to be quiet and shy, but once he gets to know you and warms up, he then displays his warm hearted, caring and gentle side of himself. Rubin loves action figures and video games. His favorites are Batman and Spiderman. Rubin also loves cartoons. He is a child who likes to be busy.

Rubin is a slim, tall six year old. He has beautiful red hair, and bright blue eyes. He has rosy cheeks and is fair skinned with light brown freckles. He has a wonderful smile that lights up a room.

Rubin will benefit from ongoing counseling services as he transitions to a new placement. He seems to benefit most from consistency and structure. With appropriate supportive services in place, Rubin should continue to make progress.

The ideal family for Rubin would be one who has experience parenting children with special needs. Rubin needs a family that can provide consistency, routine, and structure. He needs a patient family full of love and affection. Rubin needs a forever family who will offer a lot of positive reinforcement.

He will benefit from a family that will make commitment to his counseling services and medication management. Rubin also needs a family that will allow him to maintain an appropriate level of contact with his birth father and sister.
