Meet Victor! If you like anything to do with superheroes, playing outside, driving remote control cars, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, Victor is your kind of guy! At 11 years old, Victor has definite ideas about things he likes to do. He considers himself an expert at wall-ball and has high hopes of learning how to play some other sports, such as baseball or basketball. During rainy winters, Victor also enjoys staying inside and perfecting his video game skills or snuggling up for family movie night. Victor is quite imaginative and enjoys the opportunity to express his creativity. He also thrives when he is able to be the center of attention.
A healthy child, Victor's sparkling brown eyes and dark hair (which he likes to keep cut short) are set off by his light olive skin tone. Victor has adorable dimples which will show themselves when his smile breaks through his shy exterior. Victor has a small frame, which stands in contrast to the fact that he loves to eat! More than that, he loves to cook, and would like to be a chef when he grows up.
A patient, structured, and consistent family will be a wonderful placement for Victor. He needs a nurturing family who can lay out clear expectations for him and who will advocate for him to receive the support he needs, whether it is therapeutic or academic.
Victor will do best in a loving family where he is the youngest or only child, though Victor does enjoy typical ''sibling rivalry'' type relationships with the other boys currently in his foster home, who are about his age. A potential adoptive family for Victor will be committed to thorough adoption preparation and transition planning. Most of all, Victor needs someone who will commit to love and care for him unconditionally.
