LONG TERM COMMITTED HOMES NEEDED FOR OREGON CHILDREN (These children do need to stay in Oregon)
Through our experience in working with Foster children, to find them permanent homes, we have realized how important a good stable home is for each foster child. Many children in our foster care system are not going to be returning home, but may never make it to the adoptions track. Many children have special needs when looking for a long term home. These children would do better if we were able to place them in a home that respected and honored these special needs. It could be to stay in the same school, it could be to learn and honor their culture, it could be to be with their siblings, or to not be with any other children. Please read about the children below, perhaps you are not ready to embark on the adopt track but can offer a stable loving home for one of our many Oregon Foster children. We hope,encourage, and support all the Foster to Adopt parents we recruit, to make a long term commitment, whether it is through adoption, guardianship or a moral commitment to these children that, our system may see as "unadoptable" but we see as always needing a "Forever Family".
