Jessica is an appealing girl with a big smile and beautiful dimples. She has silky straight hair, a sprinkle of freckles across her nose, and a warm personality. She loves to play with dolls and babies. Other favorites include -- the color purple, animals, reading and watching movies. She likes helping others and taking the lead in a project.

Jessica attends public school and enjoys being in a group of children. She is very chatty and social. Jessica’s foster parents give her a lot of attention for positive behavior and she responds well to that. She meets with a skill builder weekly to work on peer relationships and learning how to follow rules.

The best family for Jessica will be one that can show her unconditional support and love, allowing her to grow under the attention of attentive parents. She would enjoy an active, outgoing and nurturing family.
