Chelsea is very creative and loves to do arts and crafts. She also enjoys watching movies and playing dress up. She enjoys a wide variety of interests that include ballet, singing, riding horseback, and riding her bike. She is an outgoing girl who likes to be around other people. Chelsea especially enjoys other children in her own age group. Chelsea has a spark of playfulness in her brown eyes and readily shares her glowing smile with others.
Chelsea will do best as an only child, or the youngest child of much older siblings who can be good role models for her behaviorally. It is very important for the adults in her new family to also model good boundaries and healthy adult/child relationships. This darling girl is very loving and sweet, and would make a joyful addition to a family who will enjoy watching her grow and learn from safe, healthy experiences. Chelsea needs to have adoptive parents who take pride in her Native Hawaiian heritage and will help her feel connected to her roots.
