ANDREW is adorable with short light-brown hair and blue/grey eyes. A bundle of energy, he is very bright and on track developmentally.
Andrew, who just finished his second year of Head Start last month, is socially appropriate and has been very successful in his early schooling. He knows all of his letters and sounds and is currently learning how to read. Andrew has developed an extensive imagination and enjoys music and singing.
Andrew does well with a strict routine and is capable of following through with a morning tasks, which include making his bed, brushing his teeth and putting his pajamas in the laundry.
Andrew wants a family to call his own. He’ll be a wonderful addition to a loving, caring family that can guide him through childhood. Andrew moved to a new foster home last fall, where he has shown a lot of growth and has established a positive sense of house rules, routines and expectations for behavior.
It is hoped that the Andrew’s adoptive parents will be open to some contact with his older brother as he is growing up.
