We are looking for volunteer scrap bookers! Please join anytime.

We need creative people that will take a child's life story and memories and write the events and tell their life story in words and ways that they can understand. Please come and help make a difference for these kids by doing a hobby that you love and are passionate about. We are making Life Books for children here in Lane County that are being adopted!

WHY DO WE NEED YOUR CREATIVITY AND TIME?

Adoption Case Workers really appreciate your help with Life Story Books. Each child that is placed for adoption needs a life story book. We need volunteers to help put pictures, narratives and memories together for thses children and their forever families.

You, as a volunteer can create and design these books the way you want. Making them fun for the children being adopted as this will be their only links to their past.

This is a great opportunity to come together and have fun while helping with a community project. The case workers do not have the time to create these special Life Story Books.

These books will impact the lives of these children and protect memories that otherwise might be lost. These will be a cherished memory forever.

Please bring any supplies, coupons or ideas with you to this gathering. There will be some supplies there available for you to use.

Volunteer Time Sheet
DHS is required by the State of Oregon to record
volunteer hours, even for Life Story Bookers.
