Orientations and Training

Your first step to the foster care or adoption process begins with foundations training.  Foundations trainings include weekend sessions from Boys and Girls Aid in Portland and Christian Family Adoptions in Newberg.  Training sessions are also listed here by county; use the following navigation list to select the type of training you are interested in.

Foundations Training

Foster Parent College (FPC) offers affordable research-based training for foster, adoptive, and kinship parents.  Using the World Wide Web, this self-driven online foster parent training is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
