Donations and Sponsorships Donations/Sponsorships The Lane County Heart Gallery is made possible by generous support from local sponsors and volunteers. Please help Heart Gallery children find their forever family. All Financial donations help our organization in developing programs that will assist in finding forever families for Oregon’s waiting children, as well as assisting in expanding our services to benefit those aging out of care. Every donation makes a difference. Lane County Heart Gallery is sponsored by A Family for Every Child, a 501c non-profit organization, so your financial support is tax deductible. Together, we will make a difference in the lives of these children. Portrait Sponsor $1,000 Many generous companies and individuals have opened their hearts to become portrait sponsors. As a portrait sponsor your name will appear on a plaque at the bottom of a children’s portrait for one year. They will also be recognized on our website and at our annual opening event. All of the money will go towards finding permanent loving home for Lane County’s children who need them. Audio Equipment Sponsor $500 Imagine not having a place to call home and feeling powerless to do anything about it. Imagine being given a voice. That is exactly what our audio equipment will do for the many children of Oregon who are looking for forever families and cannot advocate for themselves. A Heart Gallery child will record a message on the audio equipment, the equipment will be placed next to their picture and visitors will be able to see and hear children at the same time. Imagine how this will touch people’s hearts. As an audio equipment sponsor a plaque with your name on it will be attached to the back of the device. Cash Donations We appreciate all generous gifts. In Kind Donations Written credit will be given on all items which you have donated, at exhibits when appropriate and on our website. Photo Processing We have amazing photographers that take beautiful photographs of Heart Gallery children. We have a need for photo printing services. Photos need to be printed in various sizes. Printing of Promotional Materials Whether we need invitations, banners or letterhead we are always looking for donations of printed materials. Venues We have a need for Lane County venues that would like to display the Heart Gallery Portrait Exhibit. We are looking for faith based organizations to open doors and hearts for us so that we may use their facilities to display our exhibits. Rental of tables, chairs, linens, etc. Every November we put on our annual opening event that celebrates National Adoption month and gives us a chance to showcase the Heart Gallery in a different way. Last year we had over 300 people attend the event. Any equipment donations or loans would be greatly appreciated. New children’s clothes The inside/out program was created to give children a special outfit to wear the day of their photo shoot. Many of the children photographed for the Heart Gallery have never had a professional picture taken. New clothes help them build confidence in a new situation. Flowers Every November we put on our annual opening event that celebrates National Adoption Month. We would love to have flowers to help decorate the venue. Advertising We would appreciate your expertise or donation of a service. We are looking for videographers and creative minds to help us come up with marketing ideas.
